Order Processing

  • All orders are reviewed and processed within 2-4 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Container Zone LLC ships a variety of container types—including standard, high-cube, refrigerated, mobile office units, and specialty containers—using trusted logistics partners.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on location, container type, and transportation method:

  • Standard Delivery : Delivery within 5-7 business days after dispatch
  • Expedited Delivery: Available for an additional fee, Contingent on availability and carrier limitations.

Total Delivery Time = Total processing time (2-4 days) + Transit Time (5-7 days for standard delivery)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Container size and type
  • Delivery location
  • Distance from closest depot
  • Special handling needs (e.g., crane delivery, tilt-bed truck, difficult access)

A flat shipping fee of $470 applies to all orders, A shipping quote is provided prior to finalizing your order. Additional charges may apply for remote locations or specialized delivery equipment.

Delivery Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery, the customer must:

  • Provide accurate delivery address details.
  • Confirm that delivery access is suitable for large trucks or trailers.
  • Ensure sufficient clearance for container drop-off (minimum 80–100 feet straight-line access is typically required).
  • Obtain any required local permits, if applicable.

If a delivery attempt fails due to restricted access, unsafe conditions, or incorrect information, redelivery fees may apply.

Inspection Upon Delivery

We strongly encourage all customers to inspect their container at delivery.

Please check for:

  • Exterior structural condition
  • Doors opening and closing properly
  • Any damage incurred during transit

If you identify an issue, notify the driver immediately and contact us at info@containerxonellc.com within 24 hours.

Tracking & Communication

Once your order is scheduled for shipment, you will receive:

  • A delivery window
  • Carrier or driver contact information when available
  • Updates regarding delays or changes in delivery timing

International Shipping

For international shipments:

  • The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and port fees.
  • Customs clearance procedures may extend delivery timelines.
  • Documentation requirements vary by country and will be communicated before shipment.

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While Container Zone LLC strives for timely delivery, delays caused by factors such as severe weather, port strikes, equipment shortages, or regulatory inspections are outside our control. We will communicate promptly regarding any known delays.
